End User Licence Agreement

1. Grant of Licence
Nightmist Legacy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Game client (browser-based interface) solely for personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Game or its content.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Game software or its assets; (b) decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the server or client code; (c) create derivative works based on the Game; (d) use the Game for any commercial purpose; (e) circumvent or disable any security features, anti-cheat systems, or access controls; (f) use macros, bots, or automation software that provide an unfair advantage over human players.
3. Virtual Items
All in-game items, gold, characters, and other virtual property are owned by the operators of Nightmist Legacy and licenced to you for use within the Game. You have no ownership claim over virtual items and may not sell, transfer, or exchange them for real-world currency or goods outside of the in-game Trading Center.
4. Updates and Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. Features, mechanics, and content may change. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature or balance indefinitely.
5. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you violate any provision of this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations.
6. No Warranty
The Game is provided without warranty of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the operators of Nightmist Legacy regarding your use of the Game.
