Taken from one of the giant insects of The Ancients, this thick, vest-shaped shell resembles a breastplate at first glance and fades between gold and bronze in the light. Harder than steel, it is surprisingly comfortable, being both lightweight and heat resistant. It has a strange smell to it though.
Theyre all so busy at this time of year - its a wonder that they are able to get all of the presents prepared in time for Christmas Eve, but they do have help in the form of these nimble work boots that allow them to whizz around the workshop at double quick time. They have been a blessing in recent years due to the ongoing increase in demand for bigger and better presents.
Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way; Oh what fun it is to play, around on Christmas Day! Oh, Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, shake that band all day, so sing and dance and jump and prance, til all yell hip-hooray!
Twisting about each other like a basket of snakes, the branches of the Liveoak Aegis seem supple and soft as the bend gracefully around each other. This soft appearance though is simply a faΓΒ§ade; sword and spear flake away from the Liveoak as if they had struck solid granite. The nimble branches twine around the forearm, reinforcing and strengthening the already powerful grip of a Guardian.
A mere whisper of it can draw the gaze of many. It beckons to fall upon those too young and foolish to resist its dark embrace. Most heroes are driven to madness with its sinister power. The ring is cursed and intends to stay that way.
Constructed from only the very tip of a Roc Hatchlings talon, this serrated barb is thick, heavy, and deadly. The powerful claw holds no magic, no special enchantments, but just the raw, brutal power of the savage Roc.
Upon departing to where it came, the shadow leaves behind a small part of its essence. These remnants are the form the shadow took when on the mortal plane, and can be worn as robes, which mask out the users appearence making them considerably more difficult to strike.
The flecks of gleaming crystal swirled into the golden mithril band give the magnificent finish a glimmer. The shimmering ring does not scratch or bend when put to even the most rigorous tests.
This bright green ribbon seems different than any ribbon youve ever seen. Something compels you to want to wear this ribbon your head!
Many dwarves believe that as it is forged, a weapon takes on some of the characteristics of its maker. Elven blades are known to be light, mercurial weapons that leap from foe to foe. Halflings build daggers that are nimble, but as likely to find their way into a keg of ale or a wheel of cheese as the body of a foe. Dwarves forge weapons that are sturdy and reliable. If these stories are true, then this is the true weapon of the Dvergar. Forged in darkness from a metal that is stronger than steel but twice as light, the blade looks as if it is merely a hole into some dark, featureless place.
Late at night, when they have had far too much to drink and their wits escape them, old sailors in hushed and frightened whispers will speak of Serenea, better known as the Sea Witch. They whisper of how she would lure ships onto the rocks with conjured images of clear seas, only to return later to retrieve their bloated and decaying bodies from the deep water to satiate her own hunger. While none have claimed to see her and lived, many say that Serenea was for a time captured by the councilors of Silversail and kept as a scribe, but whether this is merely fiction is unclear.

The Staff of Light is a mighty staff forged by combining a flawless crystal shard with a generic staff. Such a weapon flows with immense, unstoppable power, and as such may only be handled by skilled mages.
Cold and smooth to the touch, the inside of the Blackstone Bracelet is seemless, as if the band were carved from a single larger block of stone. The outside of the bracelet gives off an unnatural heat, but even that seems mundane compared to the twisting silver traces on the exterior. Rotating the bracelet gives the illusion that the tracings are moving over the band... or perhaps it is no illusion at all.
It is said that long ago, thieves who were caught stealing from the royal treasury had their hands removed at the wrist so that they might never repeat their crime. Their forearms were bound with a thick leather bracer and marked with a symbol of their exile. Thieves though are not so easily intimidated. Some of the most powerful of their profession often take to wearing powerful magical bracers marked with the same symbol of exile, in recognition both of their abilities and the fallen comrades they have left behind.
These golden cuffs slip over your hands effortlessly, but then prove to be difficult to remove. They glisten brilliantly in the light, and are clearly more durable than their construction might imply. Beyond physical composition and beauty though, you discover your mind has much more clarity, with your insight and reflexes greatly improved over mere mortals.
These look like they could have been a nice robe at one time.. Now with some sort of black crystal attached to the back center of collar, and saturated in blood and patched up with wurm hide, these robes are likely to scare someone off before you even draw your weapon..
The magic rekindled, the dark bracelet glows with unnatural power that almost completely overwhelms you. Should you be able to handle it though, not only is the protection it offers unparalleled, but so is the rage that courses through your body.
Fair, pointed and pretty, these magical and playful ears sit comfortably over your natural pair and whisper the wisdom of the forest to you, offering you the respect and power of mother nature to your mind, although only to those deemed worthy, otherwise they simply jump off and find a bush to hide behind!
A shimmering blue-silver thats a sight to behold. Incredibly lightweight but supernaturally durable, the mithril staff is already the best any caster could wish for, but it also sports a dark, burnt spiral down its shaft - while detracting from the view slightly, you sense it offering something otherworldly to the sorcerers and healers of the imperial medical corps of Harabec.
Metal bits and pieces infused onto a ghouls ribcage, filling its gaps and holes and encrusted with crystal rune flakes throughout, created a very strange, but at the same time unique type of armor that gives strength to the wearer.
Some equipment is crafted of steel, wood, or cloth. Some equipment is forged by the flame of magic, drawn from the ether by power beyond most men. And some equipment, just becomes. It is not made, not forged, but rather it becomes what it is because it must. When in a Great War, when more than mortals clash on the battlefield, there is a chance that one chosen warrior of faith and strength must become a symbol of something greater. When this happens, it is said that all that they have becomes what it must be for their role to be fulfilled.
Hunger. Deep, agonizing, painful hunger that obliterates all other thought. As you hold this weapon, every other consideration is irrelevant. Power, it promises. You will have power and strength and glory. But only after it is fed. It must feast on flesh, drink deeply of the blood of the fallen, tear life and soul from the bodies of the weak. You both hunger.
This beautiful circlet is as radiant as the clearest of midday skies, the cobalt-plated mithril shimmering softly against the dark backdrop. A mythic aetherium crystal amulet rests over your third-eye chakra, embraced in the circlets lattice, shining forth a deep ocean blue but as bright as the full moon. Your path is now clear.
This priceless headpiece sits so lightly on your head that you forget its even there, cooling and guarding your head without disturbing your arcane summoning. The otherwise plain, silver-tinted circlet is decorated with subtle gold ornaments to betray its value to the eyes of the uninitiated.
