Long ago lived a mage of unparalleled skill, albeit one who did not master her own mortality. When the helm is touched, you feel as if a small amount of yourself is being lifted out from within you. Stranger still, as soon as the helm is donned, the crusted exterior seems to disappear, leaving behind glistening metal that awes and stuns all who are lucky enough to lay eyes upon it.

The Barbed Lance consists of a solid bar with numerous amounts of barbed wire encircling it giving it a deadly appeal.
A heavy hand-and-a-half sword of vampire steel with a skull-engraved hilt. You arent certain if there is some dark magic inside the blade, because it seems to cut through various materials with ease even though it doesnt appear to be that sharp.
This sword is pieced together from components scattered throughout the realm. The hilt is made of sturdy magewood with an ivory crossguard, all wrapped in a blessed leather binding to improve grip, and also to dampen some of the evil that resonates through the pitch-coated titanium blade. Upon striking an opponent, traces of the dark energy pass into its target, poisoning their entity. Due to the origin of certain components, holy crusaders are forbidden to use the weapon.
You can tell right away that the blade is hand crafted from the finest of all metals. The blade can inflict large amounts of damage due to its very jagged structure. The handle is pure gold with shaped indentions to improve grip. There is a translucent orb at the base grasped by a claw.
Even in the most arid of desert, this stone still appears to be glistening with some kind of sticky liquid. Holding it in your hand gives you an uncomfortable feeling in the pit of your stomach, but wearing it seems to provide you with a bit of self-confidence as others seem much more likely to avoid your gaze.

Animals are alive. Plants are alive. Rocks are not alive. Pieces of wood and flax cord, those things might once have lived but now are dead. But this bow... something about it lives. It wants. It needs. It hungers. Arcs of blue static jump and flicker across the bow, which seems to want to be in your hand. It wants you to pull the bowstring, to take sight. It needs to be used. It needs to take. It whispers to you silently, the words like a fog around you, promising you strength, promising you power. It hungers.
At first glance, you are unable to tell whether this shield is made of stone or steel, but as you touch it, it does not feel like either of those materials, for it does not have the texture of stone nor the heat transfer of metal. The shield is of incredible weight and over a metre in diameter, meaning only the most ΓΒ©lite of warriors would be able to wield it. Unfortunately, it is of Drow origin and without Drow magic to sustain or stabilise it, it is crumbling away in your grip, thus unable to give the potential protection it could offer.
