- room_exits.hidden column (DB migrated).
- Room.hiddenExits() in shared type.
- World loader populates hiddenExits in both load paths.
- World.getRoomView skips hidden exits from ExitView list.
- Admin map editor: Hidden exit checkbox per direction.
- Admin PATCH handler extended to accept hidden flag.
