- Server: /hilo <bet>, /hilo higher, /hilo lower, /hilo cashout.
- 1.6x multiplier per correct guess, chain as long as you dare.
- Ace high (14), ties lose; cashout returns floor(bet * multiplier).
- Shared: HiloState type + hilo_state ServerMessage.
- Client: HiloGame modal with Higher/Lower/Cash Out buttons,.
- Bumped symbol weights (bell/cherry/orange 2->3, berries 1->2).
- Added two-of-a-kind payout: returns half the bet.
