DB: add short_description column to rooms table.
Shared: add shortDescription to Room and RoomView types.
Server: send short description (fallback to long) + exits to chronicle on room entry.
Server: /look prints long description + exits to chronicle.
Server: /stats prints character stats (STR/INT/DEX/CON/WIS/CHA, HP/MP/stamina, XP, gold/bank, clan).
Client: tablet mode (<1200px) hides room description panel, minimap, and stats grid; moves exits into Commands panel; reduces inventory to 4-column grid; shrinks side columns.
Client: fullscreen toggle button in header.
Client: /look and /stats added to slash command autocomplete.
