6 changes in this update:
- Melee attack always reveals covert (not just on non-kill).
- Drop item reveals any hidden state.
- Covert blocked by any live non-passive mob in room.
- Covert movement: 1-in-3 stamina drain per move; CON-based.
- SFX deduped within 50ms so multi-alt same room only plays once.
- Fix ghost character: handleQuit now removes char from occupancy,.
