4 changes in this update:
- Admin avatars endpoint reads files from disk dynamically, trying.
- Avatar grid uses 8-col layout with h-14/w-14 square images.
- PATCH validation allows any avatar_NN format, not just the 40 in.
- Remove ALL_PLAYER_AVATARS constant (no longer needed).
